Life With Boys

The mis-adventures of two crazy boys and their bleary eyed parents.

Pringle Zeimet Store — Patrick Zeimet in Goodsell’s Old Gas Station

Recovered Zeimet family-history source — January 25, 2011.

Peter Zeimet forwarded a photograph with the subject: “The new Pringle Zeimet’s store (in Goodsell’s old gas station) run by Patrick Zeimet.”

What the surviving photograph shows

The inline Gmail image has now been recovered directly from the raw message MIME. It shows the front of a small storefront with a sign reading “ZEIMET’S COUNTRY STORE” above the entrance. A large “WELCOME HUNTERS” banner hangs on the left, colorful pennant flags stretch across the porch, a white box marked “FIREWOOD” sits in front, and an outdoor ice freezer is visible on the right. Two adults are standing together on the porch in front of the entrance.

The email subject establishes the place as the new Pringle Zeimet store in Goodsell’s former gas station and says it was run by Patrick Zeimet. The surviving message does not identify the two people pictured, so this record does not assign names by appearance.

Original inline filename: 73132_121216971272544_121214934606081_139772_6932431_n.jpg.

Status: source image recovered and visually reviewed; useful for the Pringle/Zeimet store history and the February 2011 correspondence about the old Zeimet store.

About Me

I started this site so my mom could get news about her grandkids without me having to walk her through the process of trying to open and email attachment several times a week.  Since then she has passed away and I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, but I’m inspired to pick it up again now.
