Recovered family correspondence — December 23, 2007.
It is odd because I read where you had the bowel obstruction……….boy are you fortunate they caught it before it ruptured. Your grandmother had the same thing and she kept complaining to the doctors at the VA and they said it was a myriad of different things.
It finally ruptured and she was pretty sick……this was in about 1978. Unfortunately after waiting for years with this horrible pain, the damage was extensive.
