It was supposed to be May 26th but the agent is busy driving his suburban and playing Safari King so he did not get the paperwork ordered for the appraisal. The bank has approved it subject to the appraisal being completed. There is always something that can go cattywhompus but it is being sold at a low price, so the appraisal should be ok without problems - pz
