I really like it and it is in the right price range. It is only about 2 miles from where I live now. It is on the TOP of a big mountain near the desert grassland mustang range. It is at 5205 Valley Hi in Sun Valley, Nevada. It is in a development called Juniper Hills and was built in 1987. They just put new wood flooring in so I was thinking to go "wood". It is certainly western looking and this is a ranch style house, which I prefer. It has a small breezeway between the house and the garage and the landscaping is quite nice including a good new TALL back yard fence stained a dark color. The front is in slpit rail. - pz
