Morgan was supposed to attend Missouri Eagle Scout Recognition Day at the Capitol.
Then wrestling changed the plans.
I emailed the Scout council:
“My son, Morgan Oser, was planning to attend Eagle Day on Monday but he just qualified for state wrestling and now will be unable to attend.”
A few days later the school sent Morgan and the other state qualifiers a note congratulating them and wishing them luck at the next challenge.
Sometimes one milestone has to make room for another.
