A few days later Morgan clarified that he had everything in the workbook and all of the requirements finished, including the full 12-week fitness program. He just needed the work reviewed and signed off.
Personal Fitness was one of the Eagle-required merit badges, so this was another step forward on his own trail toward Eagle.
