And here we are spending Sunday mornings in random high school gyms as the season for wrestling tournaments is yet again upon us. Morgan skipped the first tournament of the season for asthma reasons. Yesterday we found ourselves at the Francis Howell North gym where Morgan competed as a 70-pound Novice. He had a quick pin, a technical win and was pinned in his third match – allowing him to come home with a 2nd place medal. As long as he has fun and learns something the day is a success in my book.
