Life With Boys

The mis-adventures of two crazy boys and their bleary eyed parents.

Nothing Fried Source — After the Shutdown

Recovered original email from Peter Zeimet. Body preserved verbatim.

Disability is for permanently disabled people. I certainly am not there at this point and suspending operation hopefully will keep me that way. It takes 6 months or more to really become stable with diabetes and I have only had 7 weeks so far. I was afraid this outcome would happen, but there was no way to tell when diagnosed. It would be foolish for me to continue. The stress, hours, etc. just will not work out at this time. Thre is no way to sit on the unit for a year to reopen. Taking into account changes here locally it would be beating dead horses, anyway.
I am trying to figure out Craig's list, etc. for selling. The dollar figure is too high for me to list on Ebay without jumping through massive hoops. I also have started looking for employment. I may take a CNA course just because those are about the only openings I can see available over the next year.
OBVIOUSLY FINANCES ARE NOT GOOD HAVING SPENT WAY TOO MUCH MONEY. I have saved enough to survive personally, but paying for the trailer is not possible unless I can sell it for high bucks. That is iffy. So, I will keep you posted. - pz

About Me

I started this site so my mom could get news about her grandkids without me having to walk her through the process of trying to open and email attachment several times a week.  Since then she has passed away and I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, but I’m inspired to pick it up again now.
