MONDAY WOULD BE NICE, but I may need another day or two. There is still one more inspection, but it is not manadatory prior to opening. Thas is the fire, but can be done later. IT WOULD BE BETTER IF BEFORE, because he could make me shut the generator down for 5-60 minutes. If it takes too long, I would have to dump all the food by law. I have spoken with the fire department and my actual inspector 4 times and they cannot seem to get a time set. They are shutting down offices and looking at 50% or more staff cuts. I do not know if they are that busy or just pissed off at the world. Yesterday, they finally said open up when the health department approved everything. That only gives me 4 days. It will be tight. I just could not purchase stuff too far in advance. I think you know what I mean. There are a couple things I have not told you the last couple months. I did tell you about a reation to medication. What I did not know is it was triggered by diabetes. I started falling down and my vision was so blurry that driving was impossible. That was April 04. I had been sick for half of February and all of March but rationalized things were improving. They were not and with no medical insurance nothing was prevented in advance. I have lost almost 40 pounds and still am rather so so. The blood sugar is lower, but getting into high gear right now is pretty rough. Blood sugar does lots of things to you that most people do not realize. OH WELL........ I just will have to plug along. It is not at a pace I normally operate at, though. - pz
