Recovered family correspondence — November 23, 2010.

Jo sent a funny Thanksgiving piece from a friend she called “the other Martha,” then wished us a happy Thanksgiving.

I told her we were heading out to see Dad the next day, the first time in a year, and wished her a wonderful holiday too.

Jo wrote back that she and Sue planned to stay home and eat a vegan meal made mostly from their garden. She had braved Whole Foods that day and described it as a mob.

She ended by sending greetings to Matt and Dad and saying Tyler looked mighty handsome in his glasses.

We're going to enjoy staying home, and eating a lovely vegan meal that
mostly came out of our garden.  I went to Whole Foods to shop today and OMG!
it was a mob like they just had in Cambodia.  I can't imagine tomorrow.

Say hey to Matt, your dad and partner.  Tell Tyler I think he's mighty
handsome in his glasses --
