I kept seeing people get this dessert served at an outdoor restaurant in Old Town Auburn.  It was ice cream with avocados topped WITH CHILI PASTE.  It is a Vietnamese creation.  The Fox news crowd over there was eating it up.  So, I guess the sky is the limit. - pz
