Pace is a major builder, but the websites listed everything as back east. This baby with electrics, walls, floors and lights, counters is $7215.00. NOW THAT IS IN THE BALLPARK. I could not pull the cramped one here for much less than that. This would allow me more flexibility in purchasing equipment. The small size of the other was a big deal and only allowed so much space for each unit. If I found quality oversized stuff for this one at a bargain price..................... IT WILL ALL FIT. It does not send me back to the drawing board, but I am going to rethink everything, too. I may do biscuits and gravy. The profit margin on it is great. OH - I HATE IT WHEN I MAKE MY BRAIN WORK . DO YOU LIKE THIS WAGON? The price also includes electric trailer brakes, which quite honestly is important and expensive. The smaller one did not offer it as standard equipment. - pz
