I thanked her and asked how she was feeling. Her reply turned into a little recovery update:
Mom would always answer, “with my fingers, of course.”
Doing pretty well, may duck surgeries on shoulder and knee — we’ll see. I can ride maybe 10 miles now and not have to rest for a couple of days. Weehaw.
Spring is coming, and I have more tomato seed varieties than room to plant. Oh what to do, what to do?
