Recovered Lani art source — January 11, 2010.
Danielle forwarded Mindy a scan with the note: “Here are some of Mom’s drawings — can’t find the one I’m looking for of course — maybe one of these will work.”
The surviving attachment, SHARESCAN09_EXCHANGE_01112010-075648.PDF, is a 12-page image-only scan.
What survives in the scan
The pages contain black-and-white floral line drawings and pattern layouts: daisies, clustered blossoms, stylized roses/poppies, small bouquet studies, border arrangements, and larger decorative flower forms.
Several pages show multiple variations of the same general flower/bouquet idea, sometimes inside ovals or rectangles. Some have faint handwritten color or production notes. The final pages clearly include pattern-production markings such as “POCKET,” “CUT 1 AND 1 REVERSE,” “TRIAL,” “FOLD,” and “DO NOT STAMP.”
Because the scan itself does not label individual pieces with titles or dates, this draft does not invent them. The entire 12-page set should be preserved as a single Lani design/craft-pattern source and later reconnected to the WordPress media library page-by-page if desired.
This material is distinct from the already published 2006 “Art By Lani” paintings post.
