PUR THE CEREAL OUT INTO A COLANDER AND THEN USE IT LATER FOR SNACK COATING OR WITH BREAD CRUMBS
OR CANDY/COOKIE COATING………..OR USE IT IN THE COOKIE MIX FOR MORE FIBER. i LOOKED IN MY BAKERY BOOKS FROM SCHOOL AT Dunwoody in Minneapolis and the only way to make cereal stuff is to recook it and then dry it which is more major and expensive of a job than needed. But, you certainly can get rid of the “dust” and recycle it If you make multigrain snacks or een buy them, many have a sticky outside that can take another “pressed” coating or use it with bread crumbs/flour when coating anything. You could also add them to meatloaf as a fiber additive. I would just store them after dry straining” and use them in other foods that do not have adequate fiber content. – pz
