and now are losing their shirts. The family also owns the Skyway cafe in Custer, but it is sort of ironic the Zeimet ranches managed to maintain and the Sagers have just gone bust in ranching. I realize that the Black Hills land is not the premium for ranching mainly because trees are not good for cattle as their pine needles do not let enough grass to grow, They DUMPED the property in 1963 and I mean dumped it for nothing or we could have never bought that parcel......and it sold for over a million dollars. They are totally bust in the new land and of course it is worth virtually nothing for resale as it is on the reservation and cannot technically be sold for diddley squat. In fact, it would likely be returned to the tribal management and likely would be blocked from any financial sale. sort of ironic, huh? = pz
