some of the houses are fairly nice but do not have the style the one I am HOPEFULLY getting does. It has a very unique lot basically on a curve at the top of the hill. IT WAS 98 degrees by noon and the lady selling does not have the swamper hooked up because she gets cold. YUK !!!!!! . There were 5 coyotes in the street when I drove by in the late night/early morning as I wanted to see the outside lighting she had. The property is adjacent to BLM open range land and has wild mustangs, coyotes, snakes, raccoons and all the good stuff that raid the yards late at night. I guess the cats will be staying inside. I have the same situation where I live now, but there are 4 streets between me and the open land on the Bettie Ave. house. The Valley Hi house is right on the open range. - pz soy mareaalta.....soy puerto eten
