As I thought about this, I discovered myself channeling my mother, AB Fuller Zeimet. She didn’t have any use for him. He didn’t contribute a penny or an hour of time to Lani. I don’t wish the man ill, but Ara Belle doesn’t wish to hear his name.
There, I’m done channeling now.
As for me, I guess I’m puzzled about why our Daddy, Peter Zeimet, bothered. Except that he loved Lani and knew right from wrong.
