I spy …
As usual, instead of sleeping in the car, my boys decided to have a yelling contest. Tyler would say “red” and Morgan would reply “yellow” — Tyler would say “blue” and Morgan replied “yellow” — they got a real kick out of it.So, being the genius mother I am, I decide to distract them by… Continue reading

Birthdays are coming …
With April comes Morgan’s second birthday and I can’t believe it’s taken so long to get here. It’s a bird, it’s a meatball, it’s a ladybug ..
Dinner at our house is always and event. An event where we prod children to eat, not to throw food on the floor, to chew with the mouth closed. So, should I have been at all surprised when Morgan took his meatball half and started to push it around the table and tell me it’s… Continue reading

That’s Not The Problem …
Seems I’m not following (as usual).Last night we had Popsicles for snack. Tyler pitched a fit and wouldn’t eat his. Instead he broke it. I in turn took it away and sent him to his room to chill out. When I went up later and explained why he can’t lose his temper about what snack he… Continue reading
About Me
I started this site so my mom could get news about her grandkids without me having to walk her through the process of trying to open and email attachment several times a week. Since then she has passed away and I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, but I’m inspired to pick it up again now.
