Spoken as the beginning of a sentence at least 5 times a day by Tyler or Morgan.
“Actually Mom [insert dramatic pause] the giant squid does eat watermelon” (with the implied “so there, I know all there is to know about this” attitude).
We’re not sure where they picked it up or why, but we know when it’s spoken that we’re going to get an earful.

I had this conversation with a friend just last night! Her boys are much older, so apparently they don’t grow out of it. yea.
I started this site so my mom could get news about her grandkids without me having to walk her through the process of trying to open and email attachment several times a week. Since then she has passed away and I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, but I’m inspired to pick it up again now.
