well – having suffered massive insomnia for my entire life I can totally understand. I have trouble with “Coming around the mountain” getting stuck in my head. It can last for weeks. A 100% cure is to listen to the Mexican “ranchero” music station. It blasts everything away………………including your nerves. There is one song that almost did me in. I got the tenor sax harmony part to “Rainy Days and Mondays” stuck in my head…………and not even the coda. It was terrible. It took about 3 years to go away. Where were the Mexican radio channels then, I ask? – pete Zeimet
