   Danielle, I am soo sorry. You are in my prayers. Lani was a wonderful light in our world that will be missed very very much. My memories are now precious jewels. Danielle, Mindy, and Dave and everyone else I am with you in spirit. I wish I could be there in person.

   Dear Dave, Danielle and Mindy: I am shocked and saddened over your mother’s passing. I will give Erin the sad news when she returns from Japan on Tuesday. Lani was her “other mother” and this will be very difficult for her. We have many cherished memories of you all growing up together. Your mother was always a positive influence and strength to so many people — young and old — as she gave of herself and her talents through Girl Scouts, Science Fairs, and so many ways of unselfish involvement in all of our lives. We send our love and support to each of you during this difficult time.

    Danielle-Keep smiling my friend! You and your family (immediate and Mindy,Bryan,Dave) are in my prayers. I ran into Lani right before Christmas and she was looking forward to coming to see you guys (she & I ran into each other shopping of course :)). It’s funny how fast life can change.
