Challenge: recipes/ ideas for foods that I can manage ( part of it is the meds part of it is the tick fun, nausea, sore throat) requirements-
not spicy (even a dash of pepper gave me amazing heartburn)
smooth (rice was too scratchy to swallow)
Not hot soup (hot makes me sweat more)
not super sweet ( causing nausea)
not more instant mashed potatoes
(And my normal list – no green peppers, no onions, no melons no bananas)
