If you find a crack/crater in the garage floor, it will need to be fixed.

And if you’re going to fix the crack/crater you might as well do something about the drywall tape that is falling off of the ceiling.

And if you’re going to fix the drywall you should probably put up some wall board on the stud walls since that will allow the addition of insulation.

And since there is new wall board we might as well add shelves.

And since you now have torn apart the entire garage you might as well have a garage sale. I’m shooting for 7/18. (Gotta work around Memorial Day, vacations, camp, summer stuff) If you want to join us let me know.
