Life With Boys

I think about giving you an update — and you know what? I’m just having a hard time getting it done.

Tyler and Morgan will start school on August 12 — and I’m mostly OK with that. What weirds me out is that my Tuesday, Thursday “Mom Days” are coming to an end for a while. I’ve been basically on that schedule for 7 years now, and it’s been something to get my head around. Now I’m going to try to attempt to work “school bus” hours (get them on and off the bus). I’m hoping when I find out MY school schedule (the catalog isn’t out yet for Fall – but I don’t start until Oct) I’ll be better able to fix my schedule.

In the meantime the house looks like the eBay bomb went off again — and there just does not seem to be an end in site. I know Matt wishes there would be SOON. Me too.

I’ll try to get some photos posted soon. Part of the issue has been our only semi-reliable home computer — which will be getting replaced at the end of the month-ish. YEAH! The only trouble is Matt and I usually want to use it at the same time — which is usually OK cause I can use my work laptop but on Friday night it decided to implode (an hour in the IT office this morning and they got it going again.) Makes me think I better learn how to backup all the programs I’ve downloaded (any ideas?)
