Labor Day Weekend Fun …


Friday night of Labor Day weekend Matt got a wild hair to go somewhere. (We’d already checked into taking the train to Chicago, but it was sold out). So we ended up finding a room at Tan Tar A at the Lake of the Ozarks. It’s kid friendly (mini golf, bowling, playground and their favorite part — it has an indoor water slide park that we had to drag them out of.)

I started this site so my mom could get news about her grandkids without me having to walk her through the process of trying to open and email attachment several times a week.  Since then she has passed away and I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, but I’m inspired to pick it up again now.
