OK — survived the colonoscopy — procedure no big deal, prep SUCKS, recovery fine — we went to the movies (saw Fools Gold — cute).

Results — I do have more diverticula (weak spots that may potentially get infected but for now they are OK).

So long as I stick to the all fiber all the time diet I should be fine. Buy stock in Beano.

I started this site so my mom could get news about her grandkids without me having to walk her through the process of trying to open and email attachment several times a week.  Since then she has passed away and I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, but I’m inspired to pick it up again now.
