This reminds me of a time in college when I had an ongoing contest with a friend to see who could find the best “love sucks” Valentine’s. They’re not easy to find, but when you do — they’re usually pretty good. If you see one in your travels send it my way … it’s always good to collect something 🙂
As for this holiday — let me tell you a little story …
He liked them so much he bought them twice.
A few years ago Matt gave me a locket — marcasite and garnet — very cool. The next year he found earrings to match. This year thinking he was ahead of the game he ordered me a pair of earrings to match my locket — the very same ones he’d already given me. I’m not sure what he has up his sleeve now.
