Doc says I can eat WHATEVER I WANT as long as I get 25-35 grams of fiber daily and one activa yougurt. (Guys you need 35-45 grams a day.) Seeds — OK. Popcorn — OK. Fresh vegies and fruit — OK.
I also learned that if you try to increase your fiber intake too quickly you will get gas and bloating (i.e. when some people who have a low fiber diet eat a whole bunch of popcorn or beans and then feel gross the next day it’s not the food, it’s the shock to the system.
So there’s your diet lesson for the day.
