As least 50 boxes of assorted stuff have come in from Utah throughout the year — and in every single box at least one item has been broken — several beyond repair — but it’s the ones that have been insured that are sure to come in at least 100 pieces. And making an insurance claim through the post office is an ordeal in itself — you really have to want your money back. An important lesson for all of us.
