Inside my office is colder than Pluto! I kid you not — I even saw someone with a turtleneck on today! (And Matt wonders why I don’t wear skirts?!)
July and August remind me why it was nice to live in Utah. The rest of the year reminds me why it’s nice not to live in Utah. I’ve been here since 1997 and I’m no closer to getting used to the weather than the day I arrived. Maybe I never will.
It’s weird to think that Missouri will be “home” to my kids, while I don’t know that it will ever be “home” to me. It’s all realative I guess.
I’ve been thinking about having a party of sorts for work friends, but every idea I have is vetoed by the weather. So I think I’m going to host a Groundhog’s Day Luau — watch your mail for your invitation.
