Life With Boys

The mis-adventures of two crazy boys and their bleary eyed parents.

Outside it’s hotter than the sun …

Inside my office is colder than Pluto! I kid you not — I even saw someone with a turtleneck on today! (And Matt wonders why I don’t wear skirts?!)

July and August remind me why it was nice to live in Utah. The rest of the year reminds me why it’s nice not to live in Utah. I’ve been here since 1997 and I’m no closer to getting used to the weather than the day I arrived. Maybe I never will.

It’s weird to think that Missouri will be “home” to my kids, while I don’t know that it will ever be “home” to me. It’s all realative I guess.

I’ve been thinking about having a party of sorts for work friends, but every idea I have is vetoed by the weather. So I think I’m going to host a Groundhog’s Day Luau — watch your mail for your invitation.

About Me

I started this site so my mom could get news about her grandkids without me having to walk her through the process of trying to open and email attachment several times a week.  Since then she has passed away and I’ve fallen off the blog wagon, but I’m inspired to pick it up again now.
